Prices from £30 - £35 per night based on two adults sharing an ensuite room
Price reduction dependant on length of stay.
Children welcome (7yrs+) with price reductions up to the age of 14yrs when sharing a room with two adults.
Price includes a large English farmhouse breakfast using home and local produce including the Gatcombe pork sausage and bacon, fresh eggs laid on the farm and home baked bread.
Either a cheque deposit or credit card details are required on booking. (see booking conditions).
Payment is accepted preferably by cash or cheque. Credit cards will incur charges on top of the balance owed.
Check-in is normally between 5pm - 7pm other times by mutually convenient arrangement.

Gatcombe Farm Bed and Breakfast - Booking Conditions.
Unfortunately due to the large amount of last minute cancellations last year it has been necessary to bring in booking and cancellation conditions. Please read through the following carefully and take the appropriate action regarding insurance should you feel you need it.

Prices are in Pounds Sterling(£) and are quoted per person per night or per room per night including full English Breakfast. On booking a room either a cheque deposit will have been paid or a credit card number taken to secure the room for your stay. The credit card will only be used should you fail to arrive or cancel at short notice and the room cannot be reasonably re let(see 5).

Numbers must not exceed the party number booked and pets are not permitted.

Rooms are available from 5pm – 7pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its contents, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. Any breakages or damage to the property caused by your party must be paid for.

If you have to cancel your holiday, we will make every effort to reasonably re-let the room and if appropriate refund your deposit. If we are unable to re-let any nights booked, by law, we may either invoice you for the nights that were left vacant or if you have left a credit card number to secure your room, charge your account 50% of the loss caused to the business. We recommend that you take out Cancellation Protection Insurance, details of which can be provided from any reputable insurance firm, should you have any concerns regarding cancellation.

Monies can be paid by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card, cash or by credit card which will incur charges making your balance due during your stay more. The payment will appear as Carrier Direct on your statement
